AMA Recap: Getting To Know About Runnow.Io And Upcoming INO
On July 6th, Runnow.io held an AMA in our official Telegram chat where Chairman of KBG Studios, Mr. William Nguyen, addressed community concerns regarding the project and highlighted next objectives. This blog post serves as a summary of the live AMA session and includes the queries submitted by community members and Wiliam’s replies.

Lucy: Could you please give a brief intro about Runnow.io? For what purpose is Runnow.io developed?
William Nguyen: Runnow.io is a Lifestyle Gamification — Move & Earn project developed by KBG Studios. With a vision “One million steps for a healthier world”, we want to build a healthier, inclusive, and sustainable world where people not only take care of themselves but also care for others.
With that in mind, Runnow.io encourages people to take steps in daily exercise and participate in social activities. Not only do users improve their physical health and earn valuable in-game rewards, but they can also connect with communities worldwide and join in regular social activities to support those in need.
Balancing between market trends and our vision, Runnow.io will constantly innovate and upgrade many unique features for users to join and support the community: Runnow Man Tournament, Catchup Runnow Go, Donation, Sleep & Earn, Learn & Earn, etc. This is our long-term commitment that will be attached in every step and mileston we make.

Uyen: What differentiates Runnow.io from other projects?
William Nguyen: First, different from many other projects focusing on only one sport (running), Runnow.io offers diverse sports, including running, cycling, swimming, gym, yoga, sleep, and more. As a result, users have multiple choices when choosing NFTs to start and play modes to earn.
Second, it’s easy to play and earn a lot in Runnow.io. There are 12+ Play Modes for users to participate and earn RUNNOW/RUNGEM tokens. With diverse NFTs collections, you can freely trade, sell, lend, lease them for more profits. Tournaments and challenges will be open soon to engage the whole community. Here is a sneak peek: Mara Runnow (for running), Tour de Runnow (for cycling), Swim with Runnow (for swimming), Runnow Man Tournament, and much more.
Also, we will cooperate with NGOs and social communities to organize regular activities for people to join and support those in need. Runnow.io wants to build a healthier, inclusive, and sustainable world where people not only take care of themselves but also care for others.
Moreover, Runnow.io will be an expansive ecosystem with endless growth opportunities. We will launch a Metaverse of NFT Games and release our own NFT Marketplace, SocialFi, DAO, etc. for you to trade and connect with other users. Last but not least, Runnow.io is established by KBG Studios — a founding team with diverse experiences in tech, blockchain, and games. We are all passionate about accelerating blockchain adoption and creating decentralized gaming products with enriched in-game ecosystems.
Lucy: Runnow.io has 4 levels of NFT Sneakers: Beginner, Jogger, Runner, Super Star. Can you tell us about each one and their differences? What benefits do users get from each of these levels?
William Nguyen: Runnow.io offers four levels of Sneakers, each suitable for different runners’ fitness needs and professionalism.
Beginner Sneakers allow you to run between 1 and 6 km/h, while Joggers enable faster speeds, at 4–10 km/h. Runners are higher-level sneakers in which you can run from 8 to 20 km/h. Super Stars are the most powerful sneakers which permits a 10–20 km/h run and highest earnings.
Depending on the level of Sneakers, you will earn different number of RUNGEM (reward token). The higher Sneakers levels, the higher earning rates.
Each pair of sneaker will cost you 12 Energy to start exercising with the earning rates of 80, 100, 120, 140 RUNGEM respectively. You can increase the earning rates by upgrading your NFT to higher levels (1 to 30) or breed 2 NFTs to get a rarier one.
NFT Sneakers will be sold in the form of Limited Mystery Boxes. You can first buy Beginner NFT Sneakers at the discounted price as soon as possible when joining our upcoming INO on July 10, 2022. So, please follow our community & social channels to get the latest updates.
Lucy: How does the team envision Runnow.io in the future? What are your plans to increase awareness as well as improve global adoption of users?
William Nguyen: To achieve a vision “One million steps for a healthier world”, we have outlined a clear path of product development and community growth for Runnow.io.
In July:
On 10–12/07 and 20–22/07, we are going to INO 10,000 Limited Sneakers Boxes in multiple launchpads, which comes at 2 different rounds and offer discounts within the first 48-hour opening.
On 14/07, users can Open Box/Trade NFT and join Beta Testing of Runnow.io Mobile App. We will also list RUNGEM token on the same day and go on Mainnet (16/07) with two features: Workout và Free trial Sneaker.
IDO is scheduled on 22/07, following by RUNNOW token listing on 29/07.
In August, users will be able to mint NFTs to get a new, rarer one and participate in a new Running mode — Mara Runnow.
In September, multiple play modes will be released, including Workout & Leaderboard for Cycling, 1 vs 1/Team vs Team, Daily Quest, and Stake, Exercise & Earn. We will introduce a new sport — Cycling and NFT Character, Land, Gem as well as sell Limited Boxes by RUNNOW token.
Moreover, we will support multichain and finish wearable device API with iOS & Android. We are also planning to launch Runnow SocialFi within the GemUni Platform.
In Q4/2022, we will introduce New Anti-Inflation Mechanics and the third sport — Swimming — with its Limited NFT Swimwear Boxes.
More modes will be accessible by users: Tour De Runnow (Cycling), Swim With Runnow (Swimming), Runnow Man, Sleep & Earn, Donation, Catchup Runnow Go.

Most Play-to-Earn Games today have a high initial entry fee to create an account, purchase game characters, and more. But, what are the initial requirements to play in project? Is it possible for players to earn from Free-to-Play?
William Nguyen: Users need to purchase an NFT Sneaker/Bicycle/Swimwear to participate in game modes and earn with Runnow.io. However, you can also join for free with our Free to Play/Free to Earn modes.
With Free to Play, you can quickly create an account and log in Runnow.io App to practice and record daily exercise results for free.
With Free to Earn, lucky participants in the Airdrop Gift Code event can get a Gift Code to complete a quick workout challenge in order to unlock the Mystery Box. Users will either receive a gift of Sneakers, a Bicycle, or Swimwear once they open the Mystery Box (this is not an NFT and has a limited life circle), then practice to earn.

Currently, is there any whitelist program for community of RUNNOW? Many low-budget investors want to invest but they are not be able to stake token in launchpads with their small budget!
William Nguyen: Yes, of course!
We are opening the Whitelist for the upcoming INO on July 10. You should complete all the tasks and refer your friends to get the guaranteed spot.

The Whitelist will last until July 8, and the winner announcement is on July 9. The rewards are 5,000 Whitelist slots to Runnow.io’s INO Round 1 (FCFS) and total 17,600 $RUNNOW for Top 50 referrers. So, you should join as soon as possible to get ready for our INO.

Can you introduce briefly about the earning mechanism of RUNNOW? and whether RUNNOW have one or 2 token?
William Nguyen: There are multiple ways for you to earn from Runnow.io:
1. Earn from participating in 12+ gameplay modes: Workout, Leaderboard, Daily Request, Mara Runnow — Running, Challenge Mode, and more
2. Earn from the upgraded NFTs: You can upgrade your NFTs to higher levels (from 1 to 30) and increase earning rates
3. Earn from the minted NFTs: You can get a new, rarer NFT through minting and earn more from them
4. Earn from NFTs Lending & Leasing: You can Lend/Lease your NFTs to others using either the standard retail or profit-sharing methods
5. Earn from Staking & Farming NFTs: You can Stake and Farm NFT Sneakers to receive attractive interest rates

Runnow.io will have two tokens: RUNNOW (main token) and RUNGEM (reward token). RUNNOW is used primarily for buying NFTs, upgrading NFTs level, minting NFTs, vote DAO, Staking & Farming, etc. while RUNGEM is also used to upgrade NFTs level and mint NFTs, and more: repair NFTs, buy Food/Fashion — PvP Fee and reset attributes.

1. Eren: Security I would say is priority. So, how do you approach security? Are your contracts audited? Do you have any Bug Bounty program running?
William Nguyen: Yes, we very prioritize the security. We are being audited by Verichains — one of the most high-quality blockchain development and smart contract security audit services.
It once fixed the Ronin Bridge from Axie Infinity and we are very confident to have our project protected by them.
2. @Latoshalondon2003: Can you list the features that your project have and other similar projects don’t and Can you convince me to invest in your project as compared to others which are similar to yours?
